'Express shipping' orders are shipped via Sendle Express (Australia), and DHL (international).

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout, based on weight of your parcel and/or order value.

Shipping Times - Australia

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. We suggest allowing the following time for standard delivery:

Melbourne, Geelong: 2-5 business days
Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide: 4-5 business days
Brisbane: 5-7 business days
Perth: 7-14 business days

Express deliveries are 1-2 business days.

Shipping Times - International

Delivery times can vary greatly depending on your location. We suggest allowing the following times:

Standard Shipping

Sent via Sendle and your local postal service
North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific - up to 28 working days
New Zealand: 7-14 working days
Rest of the world: 14-40 working days

Express Shipping
Sent via DHL and are usually delivered within 7 business days. We carbon offset our shipments.

Sendle in Australia is serviced by a network of courier providers, such as Couriers Please and Fast Way. Sendle international is serviced by the destination countries national postal service. Once the item has reach the destination country then local postal service processes apply, which are out of our control.
